When a claim is in orbit
- Wrong variety or pack size versus the confirmation note.
- Parcel lost in transit or undelivered past the stated window.
- Torn, crushed, or clearly compromised pouches — report within 24 hours with photographs.
When a claim will not fly
- Germination after sowing when packets arrived intact and within labelled viability guidance.
- Preference changes after the tray is sealed.
- Failed delivery attempts because no one was available to receive the carton.
How to file
Write APEXTRADERS750@GMAIL.COM or use Track & Support within 24 hours of delivery. Include the order number, a short description, and photos of the pouches and outer carton.
How we resolve
Approved claims may receive a replacement, store credit, or a refund to the original method within 7–10 business days.
