After hand-off
Once a seed order leaves the observatory, cancellation is not possible. Use the Packet Integrity Protocol if delivery itself is the problem.
Partial trays
We cannot pluck individual lots from a sealed order. Cancel the whole tray before dispatch and place a new one with the revised selection.
